If a party is not satisfied with any work undertaken by LMB or its directors or staff they should set out in writing the nature of the complaint and address this to the relevant insolvency practitioner concerned. A copy of the complaints policy will be made available on request.

Whilst we undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly and to do all we can to explain the position to you, if you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to refer the matter to the Insolvency Complaints Gateway which is operated by the Insolvency Service, an Executive Agency of the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. The law applicable to the contract for services provided is the law in England. Other matters addressed by the Provision of Services Regulations 2009 are dealt with in the engagement letters agreed between the Company and its clients.

LMB online quotes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date the quote was obtained.

LMB online quotes relate to the online liquidation service and are not applicable to any other service provided.

LMB and the proposed office-holder(s) reserve the right to cancel all services up until the appointment of a Liquidator. In such circumstance a partial or full refund would be provided to the applicant depending upon the circumstances surrounding the cancellation and the level of work conducted up until that point.

All payments are processed securely through a third-party processor and LMB accept no responsibility for information supplied through this service.
